Built on Bedside Experience. Applied to Real Life.
Registered Nurse | 20+ years in cardiac, transplant, and renal nursing
For over 20 years I cared for patients with heart failure, transplant histories, kidney disease, diabetes, and advanced cardiometabolic conditions. I saw how often people did not understand what was happening in their own bodies until they were already in crisis.
I work with adults who want to understand their health before it gets to that point. That means looking at what your labs and daily patterns are actually telling you, and building a plan you can follow.
I Get It - and You’re Not Alone
Sometimes labs look “normal,” yet you still don’t feel well.
You try to eat right and stay active, but the weight won’t budge, energy fades, and building muscle feels impossible.
I've seen this pattern repeatedly in clinical practice, and I've experienced it myself. My role is to help you understand the lifestyle factors influencing how you feel and build a personalized plan that supports your body's recovery and resilience.
We focus on the essentials: nutrition, sleep, movement, stress management, digestive health, and reducing environmental and dietary stressors. Then we turn each one into small, sustainable steps.

A Foundational Approach to Lasting Change
My work centers on the lifestyle factors that drive metabolic and overall health. Together, we focus on:
• Reducing known lifestyle stressors • Restoring nutrient density, sleep, and movement • Rebuilding strength, energy, and metabolic resilience
When the foundations are in place, your physician's clinical care has the strongest possible support.
Optional Wellness Assessments
For clients who want a clearer picture of where to focus their lifestyle efforts, I offer optional at-home wellness assessments. These can include gut microbiome composition, mineral and electrolyte status, and stress hormone patterns.
These assessments are not diagnostic tests and do not replace any labs ordered by your physician. They provide context for designing nutrition, sleep, and movement strategies. I review results through a nursing and health-coaching lens to educate, not to diagnose or prescribe. Clients are encouraged to share results with their healthcare provider, who remains the lead on all medical decisions.

You're doing everything right, and your body isn't cooperating. Let's find out why.
How This Works:
We start with what you already have. Your recent labs, your history, what you have already tried, and what is actually happening in a normal week.
We pick one or two things to change. Not a full overhaul. The changes that matter most for your situation, in an order you can sustain.
We check in and adjust. Most people need a few rounds before something sticks. That is normal and it is built into how I work.
Your physician stays in charge of your medical care. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or change your medications. I work alongside your provider, not around them.
